Child Care Business Recruitment & Expansion Manager
The Child Care Recruitment and Expansion Manager focuses on recruiting prospective local child care providers, expanding existing child care services, and providing small business start-up services to meet the increasing child care demands of a broad spectrum of local families, for-profit companies, and non-profit organizations.

Business Development Manager
The Child Care Business Development Manager focuses on the start-up and growth of child care businesses to enable sustainable distribution of child care capacity across Northwest Washington. The CCBD Manager builds partnerships between child care businesses, landlords, housing developers, and public institutions to influence the removal of systemic barriers to regional economic competitive advantages gained through comprehensively meeting the quality child care needs of working parents. In addition, the CCBD Manager works as part of a child care advocacy team, informing policy makers and funders of sector trends and tangible steps for making the region and the State a leader on quality child care capacity development.
Salary range starts at $25.44.

Infant Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant
The Infant Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant will strengthen the capacity of staff, families, teachers, programs and systems to prevent, identify, and reduce the impact of mental/behavioral health challenges among children and their families. This particular role will be based in Bellingham and work throughout our five-county region in Whatcom, Snohomish, Skagit, Island, and San Juan Counies.
