Jeanne is an Early Learning Coach and STARS Trainer for CCA Northwest. Jeanne has worked with families and children ages 0-12 for over 30 years holding many positions in a variety of early learning and public school settings, including Head Start and ECEAP. Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Hawai’i Hilo and is finishing her Masters in Adult and Higher Education at Western Washington University. Jeanne has continued her learning throughout her career adding courses in child development and family services through Skagit Valley College and Edmonds Community College. She now teaches part time in the ECE department at Skagit Valley College. Jeanne lives with her daughter, two dogs and two cats and occasionally Airbnb guests from around the world. She enjoys meeting people and sharing all the beauty that Washington state has to offer. Jeanne finds peace swimming in her favorite lakes, kayaking, hiking with her dogs and cuddling with her cats. Time to be creative and innovative are a must for Jeanne. Gardening, building outdoor art and sitting outside by the fire are always preferred activities throughout the year.
