Early Learning Coach, Bellingham Office
Estell’s journey into the early childhood field began over 20 years ago. She’s served in a variety of roles, including infant, toddler, and Pre-K teacher, as well as center program supervisor and director. Estell has also assisted and worked in a family child care setting. Currently, as a bilingual Spanish/English Early Learning Coach for Whatcom and Skagit Counties, Estell works with centers and family child care providers, offering resources, technical assistance, positive role modeling in the classroom, and supporting programs through the Early Achievers rating process.
