Charlotte started her journey in the field of ECE in 1988 when she worked for a small Montessori school. It didn’t take long for her to fall in love with the field. Charlotte moved on to work in family child care settings, and in teaching roles and administration for a large center. In 2014 Charlotte joined the CCA Northwest team as an Early Learning Coach and STARS Trainer. During her time with CCA Northwest, Charlotte has been involved in many programs including those pertaining to environments using ERS, Trauma-Informed Care, and most recently Infant & Toddler Coaching through our B3QI program. Charlotte’s work with providers is the heart of her job, and she enjoys connecting with educators, and supporting their professional growth to help children and families. Charlotte holds her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from North Seattle College. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with family. Her newest title, “Nana”, brings her true joy.
