Professional Development Coordinator & Play and Learn Facilitator, Bellingham Office
Allie is CCA Northwest’s Professional Development (PD) Coordinator coordinating training opportunities for early learning professionals across Island, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, and Whatcom counties. She also supports the Family, Friend, and Neighbor Care program, facilitating a weekly play and learn group for children and caregivers in East Whatcom County. Before coming to CCA Northwest, Allie taught children 0-5 years old in a variety of care settings for 15 years, and began facilitating professional development as a STARS trainer in 2012. She holds her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from New York University, and her Master of Science in Child Development from the Erikson Institute. Outside of work with children and caregivers, Allie enjoys spending time with friends, exploring the outdoors, reading, and sewing.
