Join us on February 5, 2022 for the Focus on Children Virtual Conference. Registration includes a day of learning and engaging with other early childhood educators committed to excellence.

Keynote Speaker

Ryan Pricco – Director of Policy & Advocacy, Child Care Aware of Washington

This training will explore advocacy – what’s happening, where you can share your story, and how. Participants will learn what is happening in Olympia and Washington D.C. and learn how to influence child care policy.

Other Featured Workshops

Addressing Challenging Behavior: Enabling Your Staff to Act, Jamie Ashton

Program leaders will learn strategies to build a team that works together. Explore ways to support staff when triggered by challenging behavior, reflect on the role of culture and staff’s expectations, and gain an understanding of the role of implicit bias in staff’s responses to challenging behavior.

Growing Up WILD (en espanol), Susie Manrique, Maria Salazar & Ariana Salazar
