This training encourages early learning providers to use descriptive and positive feedback to support children’s understanding of behavior expectations.  Providers and teachers will learn about how we communicate expectations, including limits, in a variety of ways, and ways to go beyond “good job” feedback to keep children on track!  This training includes Pyramid Model approaches.
