Early Learning Coach, Lynnwood Office
Hanane El Bourakkadi is an Early Learning Coach for CCA Northwest serving the Lynnwood and greater southern region of Snohomish County. In her role as an Early Learning Coach, Hanane offers a wealth of knowledge that is grounded in her years of experience in the field of ECE; as well as her passions for supporting educators, fostering inclusive learning environments, and strengthening family engagement. Originally from Morocco, Hanane also brings a diverse cultural perspective to her work and is bilingual, helping her connect with families and educators from different backgrounds. Holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Business Administration and Information Systems, Hanane has the pedagogical knowledge and leadership skills necessary to guide and mentor early childhood professionals effectively. Hanane’s goal is to pursue a master’s in psychology, deepening her understanding of child development, behavior, and learning processes. Hanane is committed to continuing her work in early childhood education by equipping educators with the tools, resources, and support they need to create meaningful, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for every child.
