Tyler Carlson is an Early Learning Coach with Early Achievers. Tyler began coaching in 2023 and has grown a lot in his abilities to assist child care providers in providing high quality child care. Tyler first started working in early learning as a behavior specialist at Ryther Child Center in 2013. His time at Ryther was foundational to shaping his career aspirations and led him to take on his next role in an early learning center where he taught for 8 years. Outside of work, Tyler has many things that keep him going. His wife and two children are his best friends and give him joy daily. His exercise of choice is engaging in sports with others, primarily golf which is where he finds his peace on the course. For a more relaxing night, Tyler loves to play board games and watch movies with friends and family to unwind. One of the most important pieces of Tyler’s life is his involvement in his church, where he has served off and on throughout his entire life in the children’s program, youth program, young adults and the worship team.
