Regional Manager, Lynnwood Office
Elaine joined CCA Northwest in 2013 as the Regional Manager, coordinating work done across the five counties we serve in northwest WA. As a proud UW Husky, her journey to Opportunity Council is over 45 years long and includes work as a School Age Director, Training Coordinator and Child Care Center Licensor. In her spare time, Elaine savors every moment she can with her husband, two children and two grandchildren. She also enjoys curling up with a good book with her cat purring nearby.
